By accessing and using Uniprep Bridge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Uniprep Bridge is an adaptive learning platform focused on NBT (National Benchmark Tests) preparation and university readiness for South African students. Our services include diagnostic testing, gap analysis, AI-powered tutoring, and study resources.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions, subject to usage restrictions.
5. Certificate Disclaimer
Important: Uniprep Bridge certificates indicate platform completion and are not official academic credentials. Uniprep Bridge is not liable for university admission outcomes. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective educational institutions.
6. Data Privacy (POPIA Compliance)
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request deletion of your data as per POPIA requirements.
7. Data Retention
Inactive accounts are retained for 12 months. Before closure, you will receive a reminder notification with the option to reactivate your account.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are provided after completing a diagnostic test, downloading a certificate, or exceeding trial limits.
9. Limitation of Liability
Uniprep Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
