Complete your diagnostic tests in all three subjects, work through lessons to close your knowledge gaps, and achieve the minimum score requirements. Once you've demonstrated sufficient mastery, you can request your University Readiness Certificate from the Certificates page. The certificate includes a verification code that universities can use to confirm authenticity.

Yes! Parents can create a family account and request to link to your student profile. You'll receive a notification and can choose to accept or decline the link request. Once linked, parents can view your progress, study streaks, predicted scores, and set study goals. You maintain control over the connection.

Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing your progress. If you're within 7 days of purchase, you're also eligible for a full refund.

In compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), you can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Go to Settings > Privacy and click "Request Data Deletion". Your request will be processed within 30 days. Note that this action is irreversible and will delete all your progress, test results, and certificates.
